HTC One Smartphone

HTC announced its new flagship device on Tuesday, HTC One Smartphone. The phone will compete with Apple’s iPhone, flagship Android devices and other smartphones. The Phone, which has a metal unibody design, is powered by Qualcomm quad-core processor running at 1.7GHz and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with Sense 5. it sports a 4.7 inch screen and features 2GB RAM. It will be available with 32GB or 64GB internal storage. There is no support for microSD card. It has a 2.1 MP front camera. HTC claimed that the camera in its new phone can capture 300% more light than the cameras in existing phones. It can also produce better HDR pictures and videos. HTC has done something unique with the HTC One camera, swapping the megapixel race for what it calls the UltraPixel camera. HTC says the One takes photos at 4-megapixels resolution, but claims “the quality of each pixel is substantially higher than the industry average”. HTC One will be available in black, red and silver colors and will launch in March this year.
